HORRIBLE experience. Bought a small CD from my checking account, which somehow wound up on the Dark Web and I had to close it. Changed to another local bank. It has taken two MONTHS to get Raisin to transfer the funds. I did everything they asked me to do; notarized form, statement from closed account, current statement from current account. It was as if there were 15 people working on this and none of them were talking to each other. I THINK it was resolved today and I THINK I am getting the funds tomorrow. We'll see.
