Impossible to deal with customer service at Raisin Solutions US LLC. I have been trying to withdraw/transfer money (substantial to me) from a CD that matured June 20, 2025. They placed the money into a cash account and I requested it be transferred to an existing external check account that I have had for 30 years. I also edited the data on my Raisin profile to include the external check account, yet Raisin did not accept the edited data. The original money that I used to purchase the CD was from a checking account that I closed in 2023 at a different bank. It is now July 2, 2025, and after more than a dozen written requests, telephone calls, and following their instructions, they still refuse to send me my money.
