Sadly I just MUST submit an UPDATED REVIEW to my earlier reviews this past June due to a sudden and rather dramatic drop off in platform function as well as promised customer service sadly Banks appear to be DROPPING CD’s suddenly this last month (TWICE in the last 3 weeks after ZERO the prior 2 1/2 YEARS!) and worse - when the maturing CD instructed to be renewed has no renewal option remaining any longer due to banks now pulling CD’s out - I am FORCED into their Cash Acct for at least FOUR DAYS OF ZERO INTEREST EARNINGS - fully 13% of a 1-month CD!!! I was not even permitted to leave funds in the same bank’s high yield savings account ! This is of course preposterously absurd and harshly punitive for a depositor like myself doing NOTHING AT ALL WRONG! It is now a PROVEN GAFFE neglected by Raisin and they obviously ought not permit banks into their platform who do not agree to promise to keep at least ONE CD offering at all times which would avoid this altogether! Beyond insane to permit this to happen AND force us to A LOSING PROPOSITION OF A NON-INTEREST BEARING HOLDING ACCT thru no choice or ability to avoid AT ALL!!! I must say that formerly I always felt managers went the extra mile to “do the right thing” esp Mindy L as written previously but now her hands are obviously being tied and she continually expresses her inability to do anything more for me any longer. This despite DOUBLING my deposits on Raisin to a level I’m reasonably sure is in the top <1-% of all of their clients - so if this keeps happening to me I can only imagine what is being done vs routine levels of depository customers of theirs now?Very disturbing and sudden change and after trying for WEEKS to make some headway with limited success one more time with a relatively small restitition made for the first 4-day loss - it was CLEARLY stated over and again that this was a 1-time courtesy then no more. So I didn’t even ask the 2nd time in <3 weeks - rather just keep me in same bank with its MM acct and? Completely and needlessly vetoed and silly “that’s not our process” nonsensical remarks. Completely NOT a “can do” attitude that initially made me feel valued x 2 1/2 YEARS and now I’m feeling VERY UNVALUED SADLY. **This undated 8/11/2025 reflective of this entire past 2-3 weeks but Trustpilot mandated keeping date prior to my last 7/2/25 to enable it to be called an updated review**
