So I opened a CD account and I have an old checking account that I need to remove/change to a new account.... Haaa,.... Mission IMPOSIBLE!This is by far the most difficult , unfriendly and difficult financial institution that I have ever done business with anywhere in the world! I can only imagine if you need to access or do something with YOUR account with YOUR money entrusted with them! They make you "open a request ticket" BS... to make changes!! Chat that they have... USLESSMy advise, avoid!
