Ordered item end of April, got tracking info 2 days later, 11 days post order tracking info hadn’t updated for 3 days, asked if this is normal was told, parcel had been lost and they have sent another, would have been nice to be told rather than me having to chase this up, theSecond order was posted 10th May. Between then and today the item is still sat in the posting country and hasn’t yet left for the UK. I asked Loopyvet on delivery times and was told 8-12 days. Today is day 9 and I doubt it will be here in the next day or 2. I fail to see why posting takes so long given I had a parcel sent from Mumbai to the uk which was at my door in 5 days. I am not impressed up to now and whilst the postal service is the issue I would suggest not using them or not posting to countries where it takes literally weeks for the item to even leave.
