Really poor. I have been waiting weeks for any communication. All items are marked ready to dispatch. I phone long distance this morning very early and was told it would definitely ship today. When I didn’t get an email to confirm dispatch, I phoned again this evening and was told it ‘was too late now, it would definitely ship Monday’. I asked what happened. I was told ‘that was then , this is now’. All emails are automated responses. It’s not even as if shipping is cheap. My whole job on-site here is held up for this! No one can tell me anything apparently or it is just made up to get me off the phone . But they are well able to take your money! I even bought the ‘trusted shops’ insurance. Ha ha. More fool me. Stay away. If you have any problem you are on your own. Like another reviewer I ordered one item back in January and all was fine. So I am only seeing all the ‘one star’ reviews now. Below reply fails to address that as of the time of writing the items still have not shipped. And there was and still is no communication at any stage. But effort has been put into answering this!!! All that tells me is that there is more effort expended on public relations and image than in actually addressing the problems.
