A surreal experience. I wanted to order a bathtub, faucets and accessoires for delivery to Portugal. I can't find clear info on the delivery times outside of Germany so I decide to call the phonenumber listed on the website, that is fully in English. I several times get an automated message in English and after waiting a short while I am transfered to a person. She informs me, seemingly offended I even asked, she speaks very little English and tells me there are no colleagues that do speak English. When I try to inform about delivery times, she makes a guess and when I try to get more clearity she laughs very loudly at some of my questions. Questions I thought were normal, such as "is the 2 weeks a guarantee or a minimum that can that turn in to 2 months?" or "if you don't know, can you tell me what freight carrier you use, so I can contact them for more info?". When she eventually, with the most annoyed voice she can muster up (or maybe she has a larger range, I don't know her), tells me she will have a colleague with better English call me back and I ask when I can expect such a call, she again starts to laugh loudly (as if I am asking her something completely insane). I don't think I have ever experienced such a surreal customer call. Needless to say we have decided to order our products somewhere else.
