That is precisely what happened. Goods were shipped and received in France via UPS. If this is the same as company as reuter.de or reuter GmbH (I believe it is as they are all based in Moenchengladbach), I also congratulate them on their efforts to provide information in good English - an encouragement for buyers from outside Germany.
