I have requested a refund from you. This has been processed incorrectly and has been sent using the IBAN of my international holding bank and not my own personal IBAN. My bank cannot link the funds to my personal IBAN as don’t have sufficient information and have advised you need to recall the money and then send the transfer again using my correct details. I have emailed and phoned you everyday for 18 days and you don’t seem to be taking any action to rectify this. I am unsure why you are being so unhelpful and difficult as this should be easy to resolve. I want / need my money back ASAP.
