Instagram account bought a necklace 18carrit gold plated initial of my girlfriend. As always of course the money was taken and shipping number and invoice number was sent. Package was never shipped. Emailed their customer support after two weeks of no contact. Their customer support (Christine) answered within 48 hrs and said they would chase it down. Two weeks later nothing. Emailed them again and got a reply back from Christine again in their customer support once again within 12 hours and said they would look into to it again. I have asked for a refund and there has been nothing mentioned of this ! It’s a scam it’s so obvious now ! I would recommend you don’t buy anything from this company.
