I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a customized item, which unfortunately arrived defective.
I contacted customer service to request a refund, but I was told that I would need to return the item at my own expense. However, this condition is not clearly stated in their online refund policy, especially in the case of defective products.
I also requested the company’s legal details to better understand how to proceed, but I have not received a response. Communication has been slow and unhelpful throughout the process.
At this point, I am still waiting for a fair resolution. I expected a more transparent and customer-oriented approach, especially when dealing with a defective item.
I hope the company will address this issue properly.
