Yes it took 3 weeks to get my product, but if you do a little reading it says plain as day the orders take up to 14 days to fulfill and a week to ship. I'm happy with my purchase and will buy again. the star I took off though is for not saying anywhere but the email you get after you order that all sales are final and no refunds. that should be stated on the site as well not an email after thought.
