The guy that runs the agency wanted to edit one of his videos to make him look like he is living some sort of lavish life so he can impress models to join his agency. I’d like to provide context regarding his order for the "Agecy":Lukas(the buyer and order of the agency) provided all the clips for the project, and the initial delivery was a complete edit created according to the original brief. The delivery was intended to be refined through the revision process outlined in my gig.**Revision history:**- During the **first revision**, the buyer requested **20 separate changes**, all of which I completed. - In the **second revision**, the buyer requested **12 additional changes**, many of which could have been included in the first revision. I completed these free of charge, even though they went beyond the included revision. - In the **third revision**, the buyer requested **14 more changes**, again including items that could have been requested earlier, and additionally requested a completely different song, which requires restructuring the edit — a task not included in the Basic package. Despite the small budget of $15 for the extra revision(he is a millionaire right), I completed multiple rounds of detailed revisions at no extra cost. The work was delivered professionally, with attention to detail and flow, and it meets the original scope of the gig.I cannot continue reworking the project without proper compensation for additional changes beyond the agreed package. After dealing with this client, I did some research online to understand who I was working with. I found a website called encantoagency. lol (just remove the space), where other freelancers and creators shared their experiences with his agency.Encanto Models is allegedly an OnlyFans agency run by Lukas Střelec, who is widely criticized as a terrible talent manager. According to reports, he struggles to make his model marketing programs work—and when that happens, he reportedly stops paying his debts.Claims include:- OnlyFans models not being paid - Chatters left unpaid - Websites promoting his models going unpaid People who work with him reportedly face a high risk of not getting paid. Observers say Lukas Střelec focuses on self-enrichment, targeting aspiring models in Argentina, while avoiding payments whenever possible. The same thing happened here, don't waste your time. You will not get payed or you will work a lot for free.
