I used to admire how the owner openly shared bold opinions online, thinking they were promoting a meaningful message. However, my perspective changed when I became a customer and received an overpriced item that failed to meet basic quality standards. The passive-aggressive, supposedly eco-conscious rhetoric quickly became tiresome. Interacting with them directly revealed that the negative online persona was genuine. Customer service was abysmal, and their manner of communication was quite unpleasant. While the clothing is acceptable, it lacks uniqueness and certainly doesn't justify the high price. There are many eco-friendly brands that treat their customers with genuine kindness and respect. What truly shocked me was discovering that a friend had briefly worked for the owner and shared disturbing stories about the toxic and sometimes abusive environment. Unfortunately, this aligned with my own experience. It's disheartening to realize I supported a business that publicly promotes certain values while privately mistreating customers and staff. Poor service, subpar products, and a harmful work culture—it's a definite no for me.
