I called to find out the shipping rate to Fairbanks, Alaska because I didn't want to place the order until I found out how much it would be. I wanted to order a small supply of earbuds to verify their quality before placing a larger order. When I spoke to the representative, she was unable to answer my question immediately and rather than put me on hold for an indeterminate amount of time, she called me back almost immediately to let me know the shipping on a small quantity as well as the larger (better value) quantity. I shall be calling them soon to order the larger quantity.
