Without a doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in Spain. Sold my property, notified all the relevant companies/authorities. Only one had a problem dealing with the information. Pursued me, unrelentlessly, for 4 years for debts which were not mine but the responsibility of the owner (which he was perfectly prepared to accept). Countless documentary evidence supplied to them, together with correspondence from both my and my buyer's legal representatives. Not a glimmer of understanding! Eventually resolved with no contribution whatsoever from Endesa and no hint of an apology (let alone compensation for their incompetence). If you have an alternative, my unequivocal advice would be to take it.
