I paid A$650 for the bonus weeks after being assured by the saleswoman that there were choices in the areas I wanted to go. However, after nearly 4 months checking, this isn't the case. The only places available anywhere are all away from major centres and only in the off season. They are places you might like to spend one night at, but not seven.When I complained, it was suggested that I change my holiday plans and go to one of these isolated places instead. Endless Luxury then sent me details of a hotel in Madrid where I could stay for just one night for A$781. This is nothing like the promised week for the cost of cleaning.They refuse to refund my money because I didn't make the request within 3 days of paying.They never sent me a receipt, an ID or any other useful documents.I recommend you avoid them (bonus weeks, at least) unless you like being disappoiunted.
