No one ever knows what the problem is even if you've called 10 times about the same issue.They'll just transfer you around to different departments until someone takes pity on you and decides to actually do their job.Check your contact, these imbeciles will get even your most basic details wrong and then chaos ensues, any little changes that need to be made take a monumental effort to correct.No one takes notes, no one explains to their colleagues in other departments what the issue is to save you time, no one calls you back, no one returns emails you back, they literally don't have to meet any standards really, they are beyond pathetic - it's like ringing up a sitcom and talking to a bunch of actors who are pretending to be call agents.What an absolute nightmare they create for their customers they're supposed to be helping, its an absolute circus show playing with your money and time!
