Avoid at all costs. My father passed away and I have since been trying constantly to contact them to pay the oustanding bills. I call and get passed about as soon as I ask for an English speaking person. Then they just put the phone down. This hasn't happened once it's happened multiple times resulting in a phone bill of over £50 trying to get through. I have sent over 10 emails to customer service no response. Shocking when all I'm trying to do is pay the bills. Disgusting at a time of stress anyway you have to deal with the prospect of having to fly over to actually try and see someone who can help and even then I've tried to book an appointment and no luck. Avoid if English and probably any other nationality as well.
