We employed energie solutions to install a complete renewable energy system at our new build home in 2016, including a ASHP, underfloor heating to both floors, hot water system & fitting sanitary ware to all bathrooms etc. They carried out the work, albeit that we weren't aware that Nigel wasn't actually a plumber, he is an electrician & employs a plumber under a self employed basis to carry out the work on his behalf.However, we wish to make people aware we weren't sent a reminder that the ASHP required it's annual service, so didn't have this carried out. Now, we have a minor problem with the underfloor heating, energy solutions say they will not return under the warranty because we have in effect 'voided any warranty as we didn't have the annual service for the ASHP', so all remaining warranty is also voided!!!What a sham of a company. I contacted them to say we had a problem with the heating & after 4 weeks was told that 'Nigel was the only engineer at the moment & the company is closing for 9 days' so I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment & would have to pay £60 call out fee plus £60 per hour plus vat. An insult when the system is all still under warranty.Beware, employ them if you don't think you will need to use your warranty!
