You cannot beat the experience of this transformational health system. It has so many completely sustainable benefits. Being a single mom, I found the process very easy to follow and maintain. I also found much of the coaching to be extremely beneficial. Having all the videos to use over again were also extremely helpful. The community within EH is alao very impactful.
