The invoicing company has won a bid from a building management company and act as an intermediate for money collection. The need for this intermediate company was claimed as justified since some residents were not alledgidely paying power bills. This was imposed to resident by the Building management company. Energy invoicing charges over 84£ including VAT for this action per account (7£ per month). The bills provided are yet irregular and requests unfair payment terms (14 days after invoicing dates yet the invoice takes up to 5 working days to arrive); The invoice does not have a summary or previous bills and whether it has been paid. It claims to have a website on which one can access its account yet it is bogus. The company receiving the funds is "corporate power limited" which then uses another company "N&L associate company";In short, Energy invoicing company send irregular invoices in a form a A4 page and charge 7£ per month for it regarless of being on time or not. This does meet the initial remit of the building management company. It essentially adds to my power bills 50% extra cost purely in paperwork.
