YU ENERGY MISCALCULATED BILLS BY DOUBLING THE AMOUNTS. NOT UNTIL THE FINAL DECISION,
DID I HEAR FROM THE OMBUDSMAN THAT THIS IS AN ISSUE FOR THE COURTS! BASED ON SERVICE FAILURE. I BROUGHT THE ISSUE TO THE OMBUDSMAN TWICE. AND TRIED TO TAKE IT TO THE COURTS BUT YU ENERGY WOULDNT CORRESPONDWITH ME AND IGNORED MY REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS FOR INFORMATION.
NOW MY ONLY OPTION IS TO DECLINE OR ACCEPT A £100 SORRY. I HAVE NO APPEAL RECOURSE. HOW IS THIS A FAIR PROCESS. TOTALLY BIASED TOWARDS THE ELECTRIC COMPANIES. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD
