The way calls are managed at the front office is simply unacceptable. Initially, I was asked to hold, then the call disconnected. When I called back, I was met with a casual 'hello?' before being put on hold again. After five minutes, I heard 'please hold' again, followed by more hold music. This is how patients are treated when reaching out to a medical office. When I finally got through, I quickly requested to cancel an appointment after being disconnected or placed on hold three times. The representative offered no apology and seemed rather annoyed. I won't be rescheduling and will be sharing my experience with my colleagues.
