We’ve been a family plan member for years. In February we moved house and have been trying ever since to change our address. New cards should have come out in August. Never received any. The website crashes all the time. Apparently my membership doesn’t exist when accessing the membership area on the website, despite being billed every month. Really frustrated to get absolutely nowhere with this enquiry. Every time I call I get put on hold for so long I have to hang up as my lunch break is only so long. Very frustrating as we can not visit anywhere without the cards.
