I booked for Croydon and on the day they cancelled my appointment and told me I have to book another one on different location and time. I had to pay twice, they also say they give the results on the day... After the examen they told me it might take up to week. After a week they didn't give me anything, I had to reach them out. They told me if I don't give them a good review they won't give the results and I need them urgently. So I feel like this is a scam company
