I have not received my order yet as it is for a future date. I order it 6 weeks ago. I have had no confirmation email. They have not responded to my email I sent over a week ago and I cannot get through on the phone line. I just want confirmation that the order has been accepted as the money has been taken from my bank account. It’s for a very special anniversary for my parents.
