Our special rose was ordered for a family member who lost some one very close to them. This rose will always remind her of the person she lost so early in her life.There customer services went the extra mile for us, due to an unfortunate error of ours, by ordering the wrong rose. They soon rectified this error for us without question. There courier DPD delivered our order on the stated day which we requested, all in tact with no transit damage to the rose which was well packaged inside carboard boxes.Prices are very reasonable.
