The order was despatched and received very quickly - within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the glass trophy ordered did arrive broken. However, I called the company and they immediately apologised and arranged a replacement trophy, which was despatched the next day. Their customer service was excellent and very responsive. They requested some photos of the packaging and the broken item, in order that they could investigate and ensure that any improvement required could be made. Despite, our initial disappointment, I would highly recommend this organisation as their products are good quality, well priced and customer service was excellent.
