If I could give zero I would. This appears to operate like a scam. I placed an order on 28th December, I have still not received the item or a refund. I have contacted the alleged company by phone and email but the issue is still not resolved and the latest emails have been ignored. My recourse now is trading standards and to use the bank to recover the money. My advice is avoid this at all costs.
