There had been a mistake with the engraving on a flask, the clamp must have marked the hipflask we had engraved as an 18th Birthday present. No quibble, they sent another in time for the birthday it was intended for and they were so keen to hit the deadline thy actually sent two additional. I called to let them know two replacements had arrived and it was not even considered a problem, not to worry. So the customer service is there even if something does go wrong, sometimes you have a degree of trepidation about contacting customer service because you more often than not these days seem to get a battle. Not so with Engravers Guild they were a pleasure to deal with and saw the bigger picture. Use them with confidence.
