After placing a previous review shortly after purchasing an Engwe E26 ebike, I feel I am compelled to write another positive review.I had a issue with the front headlight on my E26. The Light came on as soon as the bike was powered up, but noticed it was only partially illuminated as you can appreciate it, only owning the bike less than 3 months I was dissapointed.However, I contacted Engwe and had a response from a lady called "Tracy" within 24 hours who sent me a new replacement front light under warranty, where it arrived 7 days later. Sadly, as I suspected this didn't resolve the problem. I contacted Tracy at Engwe again, where said she would forward out a new Controller, which arrived within 10 days and after fitting it, i was relieved it had resolved headlight issue.I must be honest, I was very dubious about ordering a Chinese ebike and more so dealing with their customer services if an issue should happen. However, my concerns were soon laid to rest, as Engwe were absolutely FANTASTIC and would especially like to praise Tracy for her help and guidance on my issue.If ANYONE is thinking of purchasing a Chinese brand of Ebike, look no further than ENGWE.Brilliant, brilliant,brilliant!
