I can’t explain how happy I am with the service provided by the Engwe support team. Over the past few days, I was really stressed because the headlight on my e-bike wasn’t working. I informed the service team just once, and within a few days they sent me a brand-new light. Seriously, this is amazing and very helpful service.From my side, it’s definitely 5 out of 5.
