Almost two years now for my Engwe X20.Whatever I face any issues with my bike they were always helpful with my email response.Best communication ever when I send a email to them.Finally I’m really happy.The bike is well-built, comfortable to ride, and the motor assist works smoothly, only need to upgrade the small battery life.
