Having purchased a new Engwie Engine Pro2 recently on unpacking and assembly of said cycle we noticed that the rear mudguard/wing had a slight dent. Having taken a photo and sent it to the customer centre they offered us a package b as compensation. Having already got cycle helmets I asked if we could go with the C package instead. Two days later the package arrived. Now granted it would be nicer to get something new that had no damage but this will happen to it in time so although disappointing it’s not a big issue. The customer care though is and it definitely gets my approval. Quick and thorough in their responses, kind, supportive and willing to go that extra mile.
