We ordered a P275 Pro directly from Engway. The shipping was quite quick and we got to enjoy the bike for a week until we had some issues with the battery not charging. Engway support was super helpful and helped us troubleshoot. It took a few cycles of troubleshooting but we ended up getting a new motor and replaced it. That fixed the issue. The bike is still amazing and the support was great. It is not often that you can expect a company to provide this much support online. Much appreciated.
