I am super satisfied from engwe service. I ordered a bike. But we faced a problem with dpd delivery. Dpd didnt want to deliver my bike because the package was too heavy. I contacted engwe and they send out another bike immediately and it arrived two days later at my house. Thanks again for your quick service. And also the bike is super super nice.
