The bike arrived with a small issue, which can happen. However, the customer service made the experience a five-star one for me. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. It took some time to resolve the issue, but they sent various parts and instructions to ensure it was fixed. Now the bike works wonderfully, and I’m very satisfied overall!
