I purchased a bike believing it was compliant with EU regulations, only to discover it has a much more powerful motor and exceeds legal speed limits. This bike cannot be legally registered in my country, and riding it on public roads is a serious offense. Despite providing all the necessary documentation to the company, they refused to assist with my situation and offered no compensation for my fines. This company is untrustworthy and poses a safety risk. I strongly advise against making any purchases.
