I purchased this bike in January 2025 and I am extremely pleased with my decision. The bike is fantastic: well-constructed, sturdy, and beautifully designed. You can truly feel the quality while riding it. After around 2,500 km, the automatic gearbox failed. I reached out to customer support and, despite the time difference between my location and the service center, they were incredibly quick and efficient. Once I provided my purchase receipt and frame number, they sent the replacement part without any issues. The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. A month or two later, the battery unfortunately also failed (just bad luck). Once again, the customer service was exceptional. The battery was temporarily out of stock, requiring me to wait about a month, but they dispatched it immediately as soon as it became available. Now everything functions perfectly. In summary:

My only suggestion is to carefully select the model and components: while the automatic gearbox is convenient, it is more complex than a traditional one, so if you prefer maximum simplicity, a standard transmission might be a better choice. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the bike and the after-sales service. The company truly exceeded my expectations.
