Great Customer Service for a Missing Item

An accessory got 'lost in the post' (it was taped to a larger package) - Customer service acknowledged the poor packaging from the dispatch team (packaging images were required, which is understandable) and sent a replacement quickly. This is excellent customer service as they promptly recognized the issue within their distribution system instead of denying it and forcing me to file an insurance claim.
