I have been with these guys for a while. The last 2 or 3 months they canceled my meds with no notice. First time was because i needed new bloods done and a virtual visit which i did - then not even 60 days later they cancelled it AGAIN because they had decided i needed another virtual visit (instead of the 90 day requirement) despite my july visit and my bloods. Each time they cancel - it is a 2 week wait for the renewed meds. Too much hassle. I recommend NOT using Enhance MD if consistent, uninterrupted service and dependable delivery if medication is important to you Response to reply: while i of course appreciate the response - it is important to note that not only was i given no notice of a ANOTHER follow up appointment being required at 60 days instead of 90 days- the medication was just stopped. And it takes Enhance MD at least 2 weeks to get it to you again. In addition, enhance md told me they could not guarantee there would be no future disruptions, and that they could not guarantee or even try to expedite medication. So to pretend like continuity of care is their issues is poppycock. This is a firm that changes the rules on you; disrupts your medication with ZERO notice and maximum inconvenience; and tells you they cannot guarantee they wont't keep stopping your and will not communicate with you about it. Defend that.....
