We like our finished Orangery.We do not appreciate the time it took to complete the project.Work began on Monday September 23rd and was completed on Thursday December 19th.Had the concrete floor which was laid been flat and level with that of adjoining house, the work would have been completed by the end of October.It seems to us that the mistake we made was to make the final payment, before we were satisfied with the work.Most certainly, it seemed that the company's concern for our predicament diminished from that moment.Enhance made two further unsuccessful attempts to fix the floor over the following seven weeks and the issue was finally resolved by our flooring contractor. At our further expense.Would we recommend them to others?As my fellow Scots would say,"Aye,Right"!
