I bought a wig about a month ago and received it promptly, initially pleased with my purchase. However, I've worn many hairpieces without any shedding, yet this wig sheds constantly. I can't brush or run my fingers through it without losing hair. I've taken great care of it, following all the maintenance guidelines. When I contacted the company about this problem, they asked me to return it, leaving me without a wig. I'm frustrated because now I have to purchase another wig while waiting for my original one to be returned. I hope they will either replace it or refund my money, as the quality is definitely below expectations. I cannot recommend this company due to the poor quality of the wig.
