I made a complaint about bad and disrespectful service and instead of making a new appointment fast, they scheduled a new appointment with technician for the end of the week, after hours (16 - 18:30) which of course will not happen, because there's no portiere at this time. They did it on purpose! For this reason, I am cancelling PLENITUDE and changing for another company that actually respects their custumer's time!
