Fantastic product, terrible customer service, unfulfilled orders and frustrating generic email responses. I am still waiting on my April order or a refund, despite chasing this since May. I previously cancelled my subscription as they kept being late and leaving packets out, thought I'd try a 'one off order' in April with better results. Alas no. I buy them through Amazon now to avoid this problem. It's a shame as it was a great little company with great customer service.There's no excuse for the lack of refund though. Order from their website at your own peril!
