I had a really frustrating experience with Enjoy Travel during my holidays. The insurance was already quite expensive for what it offered, but the worst part came after.
They refused to give me a refund, saying it was in their terms and conditions that a credit card is required. The problem is, it never clearly said that a debit card wouldn’t be accepted. That’s very misleading, especially when you’re booking for your holidays and expect everything to be straightforward.
Because of that, I ended up paying for something I couldn’t even use, and then couldn’t get my money back. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t really try to resolve the situation.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I’d definitely advise others to be careful and double-check everything before booking, because it’s not as clear as it should be and getting a refund seems very difficult.
