Very poor experience with Enjoy Travel.
I booked a car through their platform, but upon arrival at Palma de Mallorca Airport, the supplier (Goldcar) refused to provide the vehicle, claiming my credit card was not acceptable. This was incorrect — my card is a valid personal Mastercard, had sufficient funds (over €1,400 for the deposit), and was successfully used immediately afterwards with another rental company at the same airport.
Despite providing full evidence (card details, bank statement, and proof of rental with another provider), Enjoy Travel refused to issue a refund, incorrectly classifying the case as a “non-qualifying rental”.
This is clearly misleading, as I fully complied with all the stated booking conditions. The issue lies with the supplier’s arbitrary refusal, not with the customer.
The most disappointing part is the lack of support and accountability from Enjoy Travel. They simply rely on generic terms instead of addressing the actual facts of the case.
Very poor customer service and lack of transparency. I would not recommend booking through them.
