A terrible experience. We booked car hire through this company in Fiji. When we arrived we got no reply from the contact provided on the voucher. The info desk had to help us to contact someone at the company named and they had no idea about our booking. We wasted hours of our holiday after travelling from the UK just trying to find the right people and I am not sure that we ended up with the people we were meant to in the end. Really not worth the hassle. I still haven't had a resolution from the Enjoy who "are still contacting the car company" 3 months later.
