Took the full insurance. When the car was returned, our full deposit was withdrawn without any invoice/documentation of the damage. When EnjoyTravel insurance was contacted, we have received €600 out of the €950 deposit. Damage to the car was apparently crack in windshield.
The remaining €350 should still be covered by the insurance but EnjoyTravel went silent for 3 weeks without any reply.
Very poor customer service. Full insurance coverage does not exist with Enjoy...
